The list shows networks with a session on the route servers, read from the looking glass: every network with a route server session, up or down. A member that peers only bilaterally is not shown. Network type and website come from PeeringDB. Country or region is taken from the registry record of the ASN. The MANRS label marks participants named on the MANRS participant list. Times are Philippine time (PHT), UTC+8. Each ASN links to the PeeringDB record of the network, where there is one.
