Accessibility

What this website does for readers who use a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier or their own colours, and where to write when something is in the way.

The standard

Maharlika Connect Inc. wants every page of this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site was checked against them on 30 September 2026, page by page and in every state a page can be in: with a keyboard alone, with the accessibility tree a screen reader reads, at a browser text size of 20 and 24 pixels, at 400 per cent zoom (a viewport of 320 pixels), with the text spacing of criterion 1.4.12, with reduced motion, with more contrast and with the colours of a high-contrast theme. No failure of a level AA criterion was found on any page of the site at 1494, 390, 320 and 280 pixels wide. Conformance status: we believe the site meets level AA. This is a self-assessment against the checks named here; it has not yet been confirmed with real screen readers. Maharlika Connect Inc. carried out the assessment in-house, page by page, with automated checks (axe-core), a walk of every page with the keyboard alone, measurements of the painted contrast and a reading of the markup that assistive technology reads; testing with real screen readers is scheduled and will be added here.

Known limitations

The traffic chart is drawn on a canvas. The figures of now and the peak stand above it as text, and the traffic page adds the latest, average, peak and lowest figures as a table, but the value of a single 5-minute point is shown only under a pointer. When the chart cannot be drawn, a still image with a text description is shown in its place. The looking glass and the member portal are separate services and are not covered by this statement.
